Shiz Can't Cook Series: Cranberry & White Chocolate Cookies

Eek, long time no write.

Back in the beginning of October, I helped organize a charity event and one of the gals brought these delicious cranberry & white chocolate cookies.

But I never got around to asking for the recipe, so I did some searching online. And found a few recipes... and one of them was an egg-free version. Awesome!

Since we have tiny bowls here, I cut the recipe in half. And also decreased the sugar by half.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cranberries
1/3 cup white chocolate chips

It's easy b/c you pretty much mix it all together.

Then drop them onto a baking sheet.
I like them in little mounds, but they can go flat too.

And voila:

Delicious little mounds of cream cheese cookies!

They're so easy, I'm chucking the idea of making Russian tea cake cookies to pass out to Popo's teachers for the holidays. This is our go-to cookie recipe now!
