Shiz Can't Cook Series: Cheese Gyoza

Gyoza is one of the only things I can actually make.

Although I'm not good at flavoring them.
That's Sat's job.
She's the 味付け先生.
I'm the 包み先生.
Yuna is the 準備先生, but she wasn't here so I took care of the prep work too.


We made the gyoza on the teppan grill today.
Cuz you can make more at once.

And you can eat directly from the grill while it's still hot.
And leave the rest of the gyoza on the grill, so it can get crunchy on the bottom.

Yum!

Anyway, we had 12 gyoza skins left, so we decided to wrap cheese.
The problem w/ cheese?

They spill out of the wrappers.


But the cheese got really crunchy on the grill and it was delicious!
So don't judge a gyoza by its cover.
