You lose track of the days of the week when you're unemployed & at home all the time.
And same goes for holidays.
I went to Torrance to take care of a few things, not realizing today was a holiday. I was wondering why it wasn't that traffic-y on the 405.
I only realized it was a holiday when I got home & watched the news online.
Google Calendar needs to tell me when national holidays are coming up.

You can add "US Holidays" on google calendar :)
Yeah, they don't have it by default... you just have to add it as a separate calendar.
You can also add other country holidays, so it's kinda neato.
